TIM (Threat Intelligence Machine) is an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered agent, able to understand your security questions and provide answers. Their expertise comes from the real-world experience and resources of our expert network of providers. TIM is available to you 24/7 to address ongoing security needs.
Can I talk to a human?
If you have a Medium or Advanced-level subscription, you can connect with a member of our care coordination team who is “on call” to assist you. Depending on your needs, TIM may also request your permission to connect you with one of our network experts for services like executive protection, training, or security audits.
Is my data secure with TIM?
The data you share with TIM is encrypted in transit and at rest for maximum security. Plus, we’ve designed TIM to never share or divulge any of the data you share to anyone else. For additional security when talking with TIM, they will request a unique combination of information to identify you when you begin a conversation.
How do I know TIM’s advice is trustworthy?
TIM has been trained by our network of experts, and we undertake a weekly review of TIM’s logs to improve the quality of their responses and to rule out hallucinations and biases.
